0

Blender's 3.4 release announcement might have overshadowed this news, but yesterday, the Blender developers not only graced us with a new Blender version, but also a new Blender LTS release! While it's younger sibling's release took the spotlight, Blender 3.3.2 LTS was released, a perfect symmetry showcasing the steady and methodical support LTS releases gets over their 2-year-long lifespans, meaning that Blender 3.3 LTS will be supported officially until 2024.

This LTS release packs a punch: Blender 3.3.2 comes in hot with 93 bug fixes, bringing the total number of fixes since the original release to more than 167 so far. The bug fixes span Grease Pencil Fixes, Importer regressions, and much more. Check out the full changelog for all the details. This latest update has already rolled out on Steam, the Microsoft Store, and Snap, and can be downloaded from the links below.

Blender's LTS program runs alongside the regular Blender releases and provides long-term support for a stable version of Blender to allow studios and individuals to finish big productions without having to swap versions to benefit from bug updates. You can check out the Blender LTS schedule here.
